1964 Volkswagen Beetle Speedster 1500cc. Polar white with blue stitched upholstery and blue tonneau cover. This cool looking Vee Dub was purchased by its last lady owner in 2019 as a stripped out bare shell and was rebuilt into the fantastic car you see today and since has covered minimal mileage. The car was built using original parts all supplied by Lime Bug and heritage. It was subject to a full repaint in 2020 with invoices on file. The shell is very solid and the floors were sealed before the paintwork. A 1500cc air cooled engine has been fitted with a new Solex carburettor replacing the original 1300 unit. Fitted with Porsche seats re-trimmed with all weather material so fully waterproof in blue with white stitching matching the tonneau cover. New carpets were fitted. New door cards. All for seals replaced. 5 new tyres. Wheels painted in matching body colour. Mechanically the VW is very strong and drives very well, the engine pulling well and the manual gearbox smooth and precise. The car comes with a large history folder containing lots of old mots, bills and invoices as well as photographs of the rebuild. Absolutely any inspection welcome.
