The HA was Vauxhalls answer to the Morris Minor and Ford Anglia and was there first small car by Vauxhall since 1936 . Introduced in 1963 the HA was popular , with light steering , easy short shift gear change , Light clutch and "Nippy" performance from its 1057 cc motor . Good all round visibility was also a great plus for the HA . By the end of production of the HA around 306,000 units had been produced .Sadly few survive due to RUST , Vauxhalls known problem .
