1963 Rover 110 P4 Manual / Overdrive. Burgundy with red leather upholstery. A beautiful Rover that has been totally refurbished over the last five years. The work carried out includes: Bare metal repaint. Engine dismantled, all core plugs removed. Engine block, cylinder head, inlet manifold and heater matrix pressure cleaned to remove buildup from over the years. The block was face surfaced, bores honed, all valve seats and valves re-cut and lapped in. Cylinder head pressure checked and re-faced. Engine re-assembled with standard rings, main bearings and big end shells, timing chain tensioner and pad, new clutch assembly, pilot and release bearings. Cooling system includes all hoses, gaskets and thermostat. Two drain taps and anti freeze. Braking system. New brake servo/master cylinder unit, discs, calipers, hoses and pads. New flexible hoses and copper brake pipes. Suspension. New rear springs and shock absorbers. Front suspension rebuilt with poly bushes top and bottom, cotter pins, top bearings, king pin top nut and all seals. Stubs filled with gear oil. Front hubs and bearings repacked, new hub oil seals. Steering box drop arm seal and track rod end gaiters. Updated anti roll bar bushes and new drop link and bushes. Gearbox oil changed and new first motion shaft seal and gaskets fitted. Rear oil seal. Differential oil changed. Electrical system. New front side and flasher light assemblies, headlamp units, halogen bulbs, headlamp bowl seals, voltage regulator, twin fuel pump. Fuel system. New front to rear pipe, up to date rubber fuel pipes, glass bowl filter, carburettor overhaul kit, tank sender unit. Exhaust system. New down pipe, front pipe, silencer, tail pipe and all mountings and brackets. Seal replacement for windscreen, boot, boot bottom seal, heater air intake, door glass, door handle, boot handle and boot plinth. Four step seals, handbrake lever and pedal seals. The bodywork was attended to which entailed sill step panels, sill extensions, both boot corner panels, body to chassis mountings, front valance, front apron, two jacking points, both rear quarter valances and splash plates. B post repair panels, door seal channels, rear wing repair panels and strengtheners and sill seal kits. Re-chroming. Rear bumper and over riders, boot lock handle and plinth, four door handles, front bumpers, over riders and number plate mount, wiper guides, handbrake lever, script badges. Four new 185 x 15 tyres. Radiator double cored, New distributor, plugs and points. Rear window rubber seal fitted. Complete new stainless steel exhaust fitted. Manifold and all fittings. New oil filter. New thermostat. Brand new front and rear period inertia seat belts have been fitted. The car is a real credit to its previous owner who has meticulously carried out all the above work to a very high standard. The Rover drives just as you would expect for a car that has received such care and attention and we have a large history file containing bills and invoices for the work carried out. Although now tax and mot exempt the car will have a fresh mot upon sale for your own peace of mind.
