This beautiful MGA roadster has been with its last owner since 2010, some 11 years. It was restored by Waterside Classics, Glasgow in 2000 and has been kept garaged in dry dehumidified conditions, 'XYD 848' has now covered just over 3,000 miles since completion and comes with fully documented history dating back to the 80’s. The current V5 showing just 3 previous owners. Still presenting beautifully today this MGA has been lovingly cared for and maintained regardless of the little mileage it has covered in recent years. The paintwork has a fantastic lustre, and the interior showing minimal signs of wear. A very solid car with a strong chassis and no signs of any corrosion. Starting on the button and running well the MG is a delight to drive and performs well. The 1500cc engine pulls well and the gear changes smooth and precise, the engine being converted to run on unleaded fuel. The car specification is as close as possible to original and how it left the factory in 1957 with the exception of a desirable Moto Lita steering wheel.
