1968 Jaguar 3.4 340 MK II. Manual Overdrive. British Racing Green with Beige Ambla upholstery. Original U.K right hand drive car that was dispatched to Henlys of London on 24th May 1968, the accompanying Heritage Certificate confirms this and that it is still in its original colours and is matching numbers. With the last keeper for over 10 years and only available due to a bereavement. The car has been in secure storage and covered very few miles over the last few years and we consider the 87,000 miles to be correct but due to the age of the vehicle cannot guarantee this. The car starts on the button and has great oil pressure, it runs and drives well and has the more desirable manual gearbox with overdrive. The interior is in good overall condition with only some very slight wear. The paintwork presents well and it is only on close inspection where you can see some slight bubbling under the paintwork, particularly on the bottom of the door, however it has not broken the paintwork and is not too unsightly. The engine bay is clean and tidy as is the boot area and the underside of the car in good order and although not tax and mot exempt a fresh mot will be applied upon sale for your own peace of mind. In summary we think this is a Jaguar that offers fantastic value being the 3.4 litre engine with a manual gearbox. It is a car that you can easily use as is and enjoy or if you decide take it to the next level with some detailing to the paintwork. The history file contains some bills and invoices from previous work as well as some old mot certificates, an original Jaguar book and some spare keys. Absolutely any inspection welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Part exchange considered. Finance arranged. Free U.K mainland delivery. Please contact us for any further information.
