1967 MGB Roadster Manual/Overdrive. British Racing Green with black upholstery and white piping and black hood. This MGB was subject to a restoration in 2009 and still presents very well today. In 2012 the engine was rebuilt and converted to unleaded at the same time, More recently a new hood and frame have been fitted along with new carpets and chrome. Most of the original features remain with the car including the Banjo steering wheel, correct low back seats, wire wheels and twin 6v Batteries. It is evident that lots of money has been lavished on this roadster with the history file containing lots of bills and invoices, the underside of the car just as good as the top side. The chassis is very solid with no signs of any rust or rot throughout the car. The paintwork is very bright and displaying a lovely lustre and the upholstery in very good order. More recently the brightwork has been replaced and again is excellent throughout. On the road the car performs very well with the 1800cc engine very strong with good oil pressure and the gearbox is smooth with working overdrive. This car ticks all the boxes, 60’s car in the right colour with the right spec and it ready to be enjoyed in new hands. Although now tax and mot exempt a fresh mot will be applied for your own peace of mind as well as a 60 point health check carried out at our local workshop. Absolutely any inspection is welcome.
